On October 22, the House of Representatives passed H.R. 767, the Refuge Ecology Protection, Assistance, & Immediate Response (REPAIR) Act, which addresses the costly issue of invasive (non-native) species in the nation’s wildlife refuges. The bill now moves to the Senate for action.
