Blue Goose Alliance Sues Interior Dept. over Bison Range Management

On January 13, 2009, this blog reported on the nonprofit Blue Goose Alliance threatening legal action regarding the Execution of the Annual Funding Agreement with the Consolidated Salish and Kootenai Tribes (CSKT), which will lead to the tribes taking over much of the management at the National Bison Range Complex in Montana.
