Nominations Needed for Refuge Awards
The National Wildlife Refuge Association is alerting folks that time is running out to nominate people for the National Wildlife Refuge System Awards:
Just a few days remain to nominate folks for the awards of Refuge Manager of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, Friends of the Year and Employee of the Year. If you have a special someone or someones who deserve one of these titles - you still have time to nominate them. And don’t assume someone else will - if you don’t highlight the great work they’re doing, who will?
Visit our Awards Website to download the nomination forms. The website also lists past winners back to 1994.
Don’t let this opportunity slip by - make sure you recognize the amazing work these individuals or groups are doing for the National Wildlife Refuge System!
Nominations are due by November 15, 2008.
